Chicken Cone Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 Grams Chicken boneless
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 2 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tsp Back pepper powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 4 Tortilla
- 16 Lettuces
- 4 Tbsp Flour Paste
- 2 Tbsp Hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Paste
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breast into small 2-inch cubes.
- Then in a bowl add yogurt, cream, paprika, black pepper powder, salt, garlic, and onion powder. Give them a good mix to prepare a marinade for chicken.
- Now coat the chicken thoroughly in the prepared marinade and cover the bowl with a plastic wrap. Let it set for at least 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan and add chopped onions, saute them until translucent.
- Then saute ginger garlic paste for a minute.
- Add marinated chicken into the pan and cook it for 10-15 minutes. or until it’s completely done.
- Now take a tortilla and cut it into four equal halves. Roll each half into a cone shape and secure the corners with flour and water paste.
- Now toast the cones over a medium heated pan.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard paste, and lemon juice to make a sauce for chicken cones.
- Then place the lettuce leaves in the tortilla cone and fill the cone with cooked chicken. Top it with prepared sauce.
- Complete the remaining cones and serve chicken cones.
