  • 1/2 Kg Beef Mince
  • 1/2 Kg Green Beans
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium flame then sautee finely chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add brown sugar and soy sauce and give it a good whisk until smooth.
  • Then add the beef mince and cook it for 10 minutes or until it changes color.
  • Add washed and trimmed green beans to the skillet and toss it to combine. Then season it with paprika powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
  • Cook over medium-low flame for 10-15 minutes, stirring it in between. Once the green beans are tender and get a nice crisp remove it from the flame.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy.
