- 2 Chicken Breasts skinless
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Olive Oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash chicken breasts with tap water and pat dry them with a paper towel. Then using a sharp knife cut them into thin slice cutlets.
- In a wide bowl, take breadcrumbs then add parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, onion, and garlic powder. Mix them together using a spatula.
- In another bowl take all-purpose flour and beaten eggs in third bowl.
- Coat chicken cutlets in flour and shake off excess flour, then dip them into eggs.
- Finally, roll them into breadcrumbs and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium flame then cook chicken cutlet for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown in color. Fry the remaining cutlets one by one in the pan.
