Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts skinless
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Olive Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Wash chicken breasts with tap water and pat dry them with a paper towel. Then using a sharp knife cut them into thin slice cutlets.
  • In a wide bowl, take breadcrumbs then add parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, onion, and garlic powder. Mix them together using a spatula.
  • In another bowl take all-purpose flour and beaten eggs in third bowl.
  • Coat chicken cutlets in flour and shake off excess flour, then dip them into eggs.
  • Finally, roll them into breadcrumbs and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium flame then cook chicken cutlet for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown in color. Fry the remaining cutlets one by one in the pan.
  • Once done transfer them to a serving plate and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
