  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 2 Tbsp for grilling chicken
  • 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 1/2 Cup Black Beans boiled
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Lettuce slice into bite-sized
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • Marinate the chicken breast with salt black pepper powder and olive oil. In the meantime, heat the grill pan over medium heat.
  • Then grill the chicken in the pan for 6-8 minutes on each side or until it get tender.
  • Once the chicken is ready, let it rest to cool down, and then slice into bite size pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, add chicken, black beans, corn kernels, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, lettuce, and cilantro. Toss them to combine well.
